Ingredients for 6-10 space cookies:

• 1/2 cup of cannabis coconut oil
• 1 cup flour
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 cup oats
• 1/4 cup of almond milk
• 1/2 teaspoon of potato starch
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup of shredded coconut
• 1/2 cup of black chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup of chopped hazelnuts
• 1 pinch of salt

Preparation of the vegan Space Cookies:

The first step is to preheat the oven to 160°C. While it's heating up, it's the perfect time to prepare the cookie dough:

Mix the flour, oats, baking powder, and salt in a bowl or salad bowl. Separately, combine the sugar, oil, almond milk, potato starch, and vanilla. Add half of this liquid mixture to the first bowl.
